Noa's White Scars made a Civil War return renewed with a robust Breacher Squad and a menacing unit of Destroyers. The solid anchor and dynamic moving elements with different deployment options proved to work well as a "hammer and anvil" formation in our games. We always enjoy seeing the classic Forge World sculpts and Noa carries the "resin purist" badge with pride - there's something special about the originals!
The Recon Marines brought a little shooting capability to the roster (pictured here with a Rhino and an Apothecary that just dropped their mates at the party and didn't feature in the list this time). These along with the Breachers had a bit of hard time facing Scott's Daemons but otherwise were a solid unit to anchor the force. Line is very good in Civil War games and something that cannot be overlooked!
Destroyers were the last unit to be completed for the patrol, and probably the unit Noa had the highest performance expectations for in our games! A power maul and rad grenades are always welcome reinforcements and their phosphex bomb also often forces enemies to tricky decisions. The White Scars in black armour are very cool!
